Join us on a comprehensive exploration of yoga with our 8-week introductory class series, designed to guide you through the rich tapestry of this ancient practice. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your understanding, this series offers a balanced blend of physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), philosophy, history and mindfulness.

Queer/Trans Yoga

This class will take place before Queer Climbing.  The intention of this group is to invite people who identify as queer and/or transgender to practice in a space that is safe for all people and all bodies.  The instructor is a part of the queer and trans community and facilitates a trauma informed practice.  Everyone will be invited to introduce themselves and the instructor will give an introduction to the practice of yoga.  We will flow through a series of gentle and activating postures before closing with a guided relaxation exercise.  All levels are welcome and beginners are encouraged to attend. No physical touch will be given in class.

WKP 1/2 Day Yoga Camp (Ages 7-11)WKP 1/2 Day Yoga Camp (Ages 7-11)

Our yoga summer camp is the perfect place for your 7-11 year old to move, climb, get creative, and make new friends! In between sessions of yoga (poses, games, breathing and mindfulness practices) campers will participate in team-building games, a daily climbing session, and exploring the week's theme through crafts.  Each week has a different theme so feel free to register for multiple sessions!


Empowered Animals (June 23-27)
We will learn from the wisdom of different animals each day - letting the animals inspire ways to move our bodies, change our perspectives, and learn about ourselves!

Elements of Yoga (July 21-25)

We will let the 5 elements of nature (earth, water, fire, air, space) inspire the ways we move, the art we make, the games we play, and how we can find balance within ourselves.

See, Hear, Feel Yoga (August 18-22)
We will explore mindfulness using the 5 senses. Expect games, art, and of course yoga poses to explore the world around us using sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste!
