The Adventure Rock Adult Climbing Team is designed for committed climbers looking for structured training, a determined community, and goal-oriented programming. All practices are overseen by the tenured Adventure Rock Climbing Team coaching staff, meets once a week, and provides additional weekly workouts tailored towards your goals.

Our coaching staff will work with the Team Members to help develop both short term and long term goals (outdoor climbing, competition climbing, overall fitness, etc). At Adventure Rock we believe in meeting each individual where they are at. This means that climbers of intermediate to elite level are welcome to join!

Base skills needed: Adventure Rock belay approved
