This Vinyasa-style class is designed to build a strong foundation in both movement and awareness. With a focus on stability, symmetry, and active mobility, students move through flowing sequences that promote balance, strength, and joint integrity. Throughout the practice, you’ll also be invited to tune into your body’s inner landscape—enhancing proprioception and interoception to develop a more mindful, embodied connection to movement. This is an adult yoga class and is open to students ages 13 and up.
Please note: If no students are registered at least 2 hours before class begins (or by closing time the night before for 7 AM classes), the session will be cancelled. Be sure to sign up in advance to secure your spot!
